Even before working from the living room, managers and teams used to make decisions slowly and ineffectively. The current crisis put a distance between actors, making the process even more difficult.

After attending this masterclass, we will be more familiar with common traps in group decision-making, will see how to prepare the decision, how to involve our team, how to assign decision roles, how to push the decision point lower in the organization, and which tools are appropriate for synchronous and asynchronous remote decision-making.
